Holiday Pass is a trading division of Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd

The Agreement This Privacy Policy Agreement constitutes the entire privacy policy agreement and understanding between you, the individual, and Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd (the Parties), with respect to its subject matter and replaces all previous agreements between, or understandings by, the Parties with respect to such subject matter.

General Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd takes your privacy seriously and takes reasonable precautions to safeguard the personal information you supply to it. Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd reserves the right to amend its privacy policy without notice.

Data Protection Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd, data hosting and data management company are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Data to be Collected and Uses of the Data Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd collects data about you, and in some cases your interests and subjects you would like to receive communications about. This information is used to assist third-parties in communicating with you about their products and services.

Collection of Data through "Cookies" When you access any of our web sites we will use what are called "Session Cookies" in order to keep track of your movements through our Web site and to move you faster between individual web pages. Use of Your Data for Analytical and Statistical Purposes Your data together with that of other subscribers to Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd may be aggregated at Postcode or other levels for the building of statistical and analytical tables. At no time will your data be individually identifiable in such tables.

Identification When communicating with you or allowing a third-party to communicate with you, and where it is deemed appropriate or legal requirements dictate, Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd shall identify itself to you as “Paramount Holiday Pass” or its trading division name (at the top of this document). Furthermore, Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd may shorten its identifying name in mobile SMS/multimedia or email communications with you to “AWST” or “AWSTel”.

Use of External Suppliers Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd may from time to time use third-party suppliers to provide all or part of a service to you. Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd shall only be entitled to supply such of your personal information as is necessary to enable them to provide the relevant service to you. You should be aware that such outside service providers might be based in countries outside the European Union whose laws provide for a different standard of protection for your personal data than that provided under English law.

Deregistration You may at any time deregister from Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd by emailing unsubscribe in your subject line to unsubscribe@awstelecoms.com
The consequences of deregistration are that your account details will be placed in a suppression file and you will not receive any further email communications from Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd.

Legal Requirements to Provide Data Except as provided above Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd will not provide your personal information to any third-party without your prior consent, however, under certain circumstances the force of law may require the provision of information to the legal authorities. In order to maintain the integrity of its data and safeguard the interests of its subscribers Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd will comply with any such legally binding request.

Paramount Holiday Pass Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage you or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.

Law This Agreement including the consequences and termination hereof and any proceedings pursuant hereto shall be construed and governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands and the Parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Virgin Island Courts
